Western Iowa Networks has a professional service team responsible for the installation and maintenance of all WIN products. WIN is dedicated to providing quality service after the sale. Office phones are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. WIN understands that emergency situations happen at all hours of the day, not just between our normal business hours.
To request service, repair or report trouble call 888-508-2946, or stop by one of our convenient locations during business hours. To request location of buried cable call 800-292-8989 in Iowa and 800-331-5666 in Nebraska. Please call two working days prior to digging.

If you subscribe to a WIN Wireguard Plan and a problem occurs within your home wiring or equipment, the problem may be resolved with no additional cost to you. If you do not have a Wireguard maintenance plan and a problem occurs within your home wiring or equipment, you will be charged a repair fee for an on-site visit.
